TwentyVille.com Terms & policies

• Sellers

  • Basic Rules

  • You need to be a Registered TwentyVille.com user to sell and buy. Registration is free.
  • Services that are offered by sellers on TwentyVille.com are called "Jobs".
  • Job prices are fixed at $10 or $20.
  • For each of your jobs that was ordered and delivered, your net share will be the deducted amount from commission amount of $2,4.
  • Sellers and buyers identity is anonymous. Do not request or provide emails to users on the site
  • Sellers may not accept payments from TwentyVille.com buyers outside of TwentyVille.com (directly through PayPal or any other service)
  • Posting of adult, illegal, copyright protected, violent, nonsense or other improper material on the site is strictly prohibited
  • Content on the site is moderated. Users posting, messaging or suggesting any of the above prohibited subjects will get their account blocked permanently

  • Payment Process

  • When buyers order one of your jobs, they will be required to pay for the Job in advance.
  • When you deliver the order, TwentyVille.com will add your net share to your balance.
  • You can withdraw funds from your balance to your PayPal account (see more details below).
  • All Payments are paid to the Ottawa Entertainment.Ca Paypal Account. Ottawa Entertainment.Ca is the parent company of Hundoville Twentyville and Fittytown.
  • The only payment method is paypal. There are no alternate payment methods.

  • Handling Orders

  • When a buyer orders one of your jobs, you will be notified and asked to Accept or Reject the order. Rejecting an order should only be used when you will not be able to perform your offering on time. If you are away and cannot handle orders, it is good idea to suspend your jobs from your "My Store" control panel.
  • You have 48 hours to decide if you accept the order, after that time the order will be automatically cancelled by TwentyVille.com .
  • Responding to orders quickly will increase your positive feedback.

  • Delivering Your Work, Passing Material and Submitting Completed Work

  • During your work, you are required to use only TwentyVille.com 's internal mail system to pass material from and to your buyer. Using the TwentyVille.com mail system protects the seller's and buyer's privacy. Never ask a buyer to switch to third party email.
  • You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. TwentyVille.com will not be held responsible for any damages caused by infected files.
  • You can access all communications and files transferred related to an order from the Order Details page.
  • Make sure you describe your jobs final deliverable in detail. Indicate amounts, durations, file formats etc.

  • Seller's Positive Feedback.

  • Your positive feedback is based on buyers feedback and your responsiveness to new job orders (Accept/Reject).
  • Work quality and buyer feedback have a dramatic effect on your Positive Feedback Score.

  • Withdrawing Funds

  • To withdraw funds from TwentyVille.com , you need to have a valid PayPal account.
  • Funds are cleared for withdrawal after a safety clearing period of 15 days (from the day you receive them in your balance)
  • Withdrawals can be performed only when cleared funds in your balance have reached the minimum amount of $35. The minimum withdraw amount was put in place to keep fund transfer fees reasonable for our sellers as PayPal charges approximately $1 for each transfer, regardless of its amount.
  • Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. Please make sure to use your valid and current PayPal email address. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has started and moved to PayPal's hands. 
  • The only way to withdraw funds is through paypal. There are no alternate payment methods

• Buyers

  • Ordering Jobs

  • Purchase of jobs from TwentyVille.com can be done using your PayPal or credit card (credit card purchases are handled by PayPal as well).
  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be sent to the seller.
  • You can cancel your order at any time until the seller Accepts your order. Once the seller accepts your order you will not be able to cancel it.
  • Sellers have the option to reject an order if they can't handle it on time. If for any reason your order gets rejected, your $10 or $20 will be placed in your TwentyVille.com balance and will be available to you for purchasing other jobs on TwentyVille.com .
  • Any funds you may have in your balance will automatically be used on your next purchase (no need to go through the payment process again).
  • Sellers and buyers identity is anonymous. Do not request or provide emails to users on the site
  • Buyers must not offer sellers with payments or transactions conducted outside of TwentyVille.com . (buyers may not offer sellers to use PayPal etc.)

• General Terms

  • Spammers will be permanently blocked and banned!
  • In case of dispute with a seller you should use TwentyVille.com 's internal dispute resolution (see below). Never use PayPal to reverse or refund the payment to TwentyVille.com . Doing so will put your TwentyVille.com account on hold.
  • TwentyVille.com reserve the right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to misbehavior. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on TwentyVille.com .

  Ownership and limitations

  • Unless clearly stated otherwise in the job description text, when the work is delivered, the buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered from the seller and the seller waives any and all moral rights therein. For removal of doubt, in custom created work (such as art work, design work, report generation etc.), the delivered service shall be the exclusive property of buyer. The seller expressly agrees to assign to buyer the copyright in any delivered services that do not meet the requirements of a work-for-hire under the U.S. Copyright Act. Additionally, independent of the U.S. Copyright Act, the seller agrees that unless he indicated otherwise in the job description, once the order is completed the seller assigns along with it to the buyer, to the fullest extent possible under the law, all of its rights, title and interest, if any, in and to the delivered service and waives any and all moral rights in connection therewith.
    
    
  • Sellers further assert that whatever information they receive from the buyer, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the work to the buyer.
  • Furthermore, users agree that unless they explicitly indicate otherwise, the content users voluntarily create/upload to TwentyVille.com, including jobs texts, photos, videos, usernames, user photos, user videos and any other information may be used by TwentyVille.com for no consideration for marketing and/or other purposes.
  • We wish to remind that TwentyVille.com content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). TwentyVille.com does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyrights, trademarks or other rights. We invite everyone to report suspected violations together with proof of ownership. Reported violating content will be removed.
  • By offering a service, the seller asserts that it has sufficient permissions to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on TwentyVille.com.

  • Disputes

  • We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve any issues between themselves. If for any reason this fails, you can contact us here.
  • TwentyVille.com will not refund buyers to PayPal accounts. Instead, refunded funds will placed into the buyer's balance and will be made available for future purchases on TwentyVille.com .
